The "https://lrec.elra.info/" site accessible at https://lrec.elra.info ("Site") is owned and operated by EVALUATIONS AND LANGUAGE RESOURCES DISTRIBUTION AGENCY SAS, a French simplified stock corporation (société par actions simplifiée), with a share capital of 250 000 € having its office at 9 Rue des Cordelières, 75013 Paris, France ("ELDA" or "ELRA" or "us" or "we").

Accordingly, users are permitted to share and adapt these materials for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is included, and any modifications are clearly indicated. This exception applies exclusively to the conference proceedings and does not extend to any other content on the Site, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELDA, its licensors and insurers, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs resulting from any violation by you of this Legal Notice or any breach by you of your representations and warranties hereunder.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Legal Notice is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of France. In case of a dispute arising in connection with this Legal Notice, The Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal des Activités Economiques), France shall be deemed competent.
