| Abstract | This paper introduces a new architecture that aims at combining molecular biology data with information automatically extracted from relevant scientific literature (using text mining techniques on PubMed abstracts and fulltext papers) to help biomedical experts to interpret experimental results in hand. The infrastructural level bears on semantic-web technologies and standards that facilitate the actual fusion of the multi-source knowledge. |
